What is KRAV MAGA?
Krav Maga (hand to hand combat) is a non-competitive, tactical self-defence system developed by Imi Lichenfeld (in 1948) in Israel that consists of a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Kickboxing, Mix martial arts and other Martial arts, along with realistic fight training.
Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations, its simplicity, and its extremely efficient striking techniques.
Originally developed for the Military, specifically the Israeli Defence Forces, it is now the largest Reality Based Self Defence system in the world and is still taught to thousands of military units and police forces and to millions of civilians around the world.
